Keeping our guests safe
We are keeping up-to-date with the latest government guidelines (Coronavirus (COVID-19): guidance and support - GOV.UK ). The Government has emphasised that the responsibility sits with all of us to do our best to keep everyone as safe as possible. We would encourage those visiting to have the covid vaccination if possible and to register for the NHS covid pass (https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/covid-pass/). If you are unable to have the vaccine please can you take a lateral flow test before coming to stay with us. We will provide lateral flow tests here at Othona as well. We have adapted our covid policy (available via the link below) in light of the recent changes and will do our best to ensure the safety of all guests during their stay. We would ask that all those staying here are mindful of others guests and respectful of those requiring more space.
Booking Guarantee
These are uncertain times at the moment, and we want you to be able to book with confidence. If you are unable to come to Othona due to Covid-19 related travel restrictions or the Centre has to close, then we will offer the choice of either a credit note for the full amount paid, which can be used for any event at a later date or a full refund (including the deposit).
Our Safety Measures
We will continuously monitor the government guidelines for the hospitality sector and update all our procedures at Bradwell as required. Our safety measures include:
- Social distancing - signs are in place to remind both staff and guests.
- Enhanced cleaning - all staff have been trained in infectious disease control and we have increased our cleaning/disinfection procedures throughout the Centre
- Hand Sanitizer - we have placed hand sanitiser stations throughout the buildings with signage highlighting the importance of frequent hand cleaning
- Contactless Payments - you can pay by Paypal, bacs or by using contactless mobile or card payments.
