We are currently have vacant positions within the core team at Othona Bradwell.

1. Deputy Centre Manager

We are seeking a full-time Deputy Centre Manager to live and work on site at our centre near Bradwell-on-Sea. This role is more akin to a way of life than just a job and you will bring enthusiasm, self-motivation and a can-do attitude.

You will support the Centre Manager in facilitating the founder’s daily routine of “work, worship, study and play” and the effective running of the centre. You will hold specific responsibilities in relation to the maintenance and servicing of the buildings and grounds and be able to lead community events when the centre manager is on leave. Your people skills will enable you to relate easily with guests of all ages, backgrounds and circumstances.

Centre Deputy Manager

 

2. Catering Lead

We are seeking a full-time Catering Lead to live and work on site at our centre near Bradwell-on-Sea. This role is more akin to a way of life than just a job and you will bring enthusiasm, self-motivation and a can-do-attitude.

You will manage the operation of the kitchen ensuring good quality food and refreshments are provided for visitors and the resident team within a budget.  You will be able to plan menus, source good quality ingredients, maintain food hygiene standards and meet safety and other regulatory requirements. Your people skills will enable you to relate easily with guests of all ages, backgrounds and circumstances and work effectively with them.
