Faith Book

Othona has a great legacy of sharing our Christian Spirituality through Norman Motley's "Letters to a Community" and our own long-running "Full Circle." Do you miss the reflections on faith - whether Christian or from a different perspective? What led you to Othona...and why do you still visit or keep in touch?  Othona is People, not just Places. Would you like to hear from our Members and Friends even when you are not around for Chapel?    Here is your space.. It's not a discussion platform, but a little corner  to share your spiritual journey so that all Othona people may travel together. Please send your contributions to the Othona Essex staff office - bradwell@othona.org

When I say, “I am a Christian” I’m not shouting, “I’ve been saved!” I’m whispering, “I get lost! That’s why I chose this way”.....

Paul Fox - When I say, "I am a Christian"

We’re all muddling along together. What teachings do we hold in our treasure store?.....

Ruth Bull - Reflections on our faith

I would like us to remember that Othona is not an end in itself, it is a means to an end......
