We are seeking a full-time Deputy Centre Manager to live and work on site at our centre near Bradwell-on-Sea. This role is more akin to a way of life than just a job and you will bring enthusiasm, self-motivation and a can-do attitude.
You will support the Centre Manager in facilitating the founder’s daily routine of “work, worship, study and play” and the effective running of the centre. You will hold specific responsibilities in relation to the maintenance and servicing of the buildings and grounds and be able to lead community events when the centre manager is on leave. Your people skills will enable you to relate easily with guests of all ages, backgrounds and circumstances.
