The New Pricing Changes for 2026 have now been approved by the Bradwell Management Committee and the Trustees, for implementation from 1st January 2026.
You are all aware of how household bills have risen very significantly in the past few years. Running Othona has become very much more costly, too. Not only food and fuel but service contracts and insurance have risen dramatically. Maintaining or renewing our infrastructure will entail significant expense in the very near future. We therefore hope you will accept the new tariffs for 2026.
The Standard rates cover the immediate cost of a stay at Othona, the Benefactor rate supports the community, assisting to sustain it more realistically, as well as feed into our Bursary Fund that allows those with less to be able to come to Othona. If you are a tax-payer we can claim Gift Aid on the excess over Standard rate. Every little helps and if you can afford Benefactor rates we urge you to select them.
Finally, in order to maximise use of rooms we shall only take bookings for the whole duration of an event. If you are only attending for part of an event and can find someone to book the days that you will not be using, please email full details to the office at time of booking. Should either party cancel, the terms of our cancellation policy will apply to those cancelling.
