Saturday 12th August - Saturday 19th August 2023
Space is available on this event

We will use various materials to create artwork, including painted papers and glue to make collage pictures, little books and masks, and found objects from the surrounding area to make sculpture, including sand and mud on the beach. Probably lots more ideas by the summer and bring your own too! A choice of materials means you can use your imagination to play. Be inspired by the wonderful place and the people around you to try your hand at various ways of making art. Materials will be provided but feel free to bring your own. No previous experience is required but your inner artist will be with you from the start.
A procession to the chapel with handmade willow and tissue paper lanterns will be a highlight at the end of the week.
Gwenda Meredith has extensive experience as an Art teacher with students of various ages.
Ali Tebbs trained as a teacher but pursued a career elsewhere, and now shares her own methods and materials with adults.
