The chapel at Othona is a wonderfully spiritual and ancient place of prayer and worship, but how did Christianity first come to our shores? This part pilgrimage and part ancient history tour will transport us back to the ancient Roman and Celtic roots of Christianity in Britain. Daily coach trips will take us to see marvellous sites of antiquity and spirituality including:

- A Roman villa in Kent that was home to some of the world’s oldest Christian wall paintings

- Churches and chapels founded during the days of the Roman empire

- The World’s oldest mosaic of Christ

- The home city of Britain’s first Christian martyr and the Cathedral built in his memory.

A detailed program is available on request. Some of the visits will require walking up to 1/2- 1 mile.
